The ReEnergize East Washington Street plan was developed with the East Washington Street Partnership; Anderson + Bohlander; Blackline Studio; and Greenstreet. A public input session kicked-off the planning process at the Better Block: East Washington Street event in June 2013. Additional meetings were held throughout the planning process with private sector developers; anchor institutional stakeholders; industrial businesses owners; and City of Indianapolis partners for robust participation.
